Who this covers

This website, mocoleadership.com, belongs to MoCo Leadership. It runs on the SyncGrid platform, which is built and operated by SyncGrid LLC, a Texas company, on behalf of MoCo Leadership. MoCo Leadership decides what is collected and how it is used. SyncGrid LLC stores and processes that information only to run this site.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us or what is needed to run your account:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write when you book a consultation, request a resource, or join the newsletter.
• Your email address and a password, or your Google account identity, when you create a member account. Passwords are handled by Google's Firebase sign-in service and are never visible to us.
• What you enroll in, buy, and complete, so your account shows your courses and progress.
• Basic technical records such as the pages requested and the time, which the hosting service keeps to run and protect the site.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes to Square, not to this site, and we do not store it. We keep a record of the order itself: what was bought, the amount, and the shipping details you entered. Money from purchases goes to MoCo Leadership directly.

How we use it

MoCo Leadership uses your information to answer your request, deliver what you bought, give you access to your courses, and send you the newsletter or follow-up you asked for. MoCo Leadership's team, including the AI assistants that help draft replies, may prepare messages to you; Melanie Massey or their staff approve outgoing messages before they are sent.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who else handles it

A small number of service providers process information for us, each only for its job:

• Google Cloud and Firebase (SyncGrid LLC's hosting, database, and sign-in), located in the United States.
• Square, for payment processing.
• Bunny.net, for delivering course videos.
• Google Workspace, when a message is sent to you by email.

How it is protected

Information is stored in SyncGrid LLC's Google Cloud environment with access limited to the accounts that need it. Connections to this site use HTTPS. Credentials and keys are kept in Google's secret storage, not in the website's code. The database keeps point-in-time recovery and daily backups. Course videos are served through protected links so they cannot be downloaded or shared from a copied address.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as MoCo Leadership needs them for its own records. Consultation requests and newsletter sign-ups are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you, or to be removed from the newsletter, by contacting MoCo Leadership at admin@mocoleadership.com. Newsletter emails also carry an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses only what it needs to keep you signed in and remember your place, through Firebase's sign-in session and your browser's local storage. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Questions go to MoCo Leadership at admin@mocoleadership.com. Questions about the platform itself can go to SyncGrid LLC at support@syncgrid.io.
